A new political culture is required for actual change in society. When people come together in political parties, conflicts usually arise. In an old paradigm, these problems are solved by means of hierarchy where higher ranks decide what gets done and what doesn’t. Can real democracy exist in a hierarchical structure? How will we then solve these conflicts and how are we going to decide what to do if there are no more leaders having the last word?
